Includo is a dynamic, conversation driven board game created for real learning, honest dialogue, and courageous leadership. Designed for organisations that want to build inclusive cultures – not just talk about them – Includo transforms evidence-based insights into an engaging, 90-120 minute experience for leaders, teams, and employee networks.
Players move through a series of organisational ‘rooms’, each shining a light on a different aspect of diversity, inclusion, and belonging. With over 100 thought-provoking cards, they explore research informed scenarios, challenge assumptions, and build mindset and skills.
